Claudia Dill moved from Lake Tahoe, Nevada, where she owned a private physical therapy practice, to the Tucson area 22 years ago. She has been actively investing in real estate for over 16 years with experience in a wide variety of investments including limited partnerships, land, rentals, wholesaling, performing notes, owner financing and lease options in several Western states. She has found that various “terms” formats such as owner financing and lease options are some of the most beneficial and successful approaches for both sellers and buyers who must deal with the challenges in today’s real estate and banking environments.
Claudia’s guiding principles include the goals that all participants in her real estate transactions must clearly understand what is happening at all times and must be comfortable and satisfied with the end result. To this end, she not only takes the time to educate and communicate with the folks she invests with but also has a network of business resources that can be used for support ranging from title services to equity enhancement to lenders and contractors, among others.
In her free time, Claudia enjoys hiking, teaching wheelchair tennis, traveling, working in her yard and reading.
